Information we collect
Student name, class, school, city, parent or guardian name, contact number, email address, payment reference and payment proof — all provided voluntarily during registration.
How we use it
Solely to process registration, verify payment, issue hall tickets and certificates, publish results, and communicate about the olympiad. We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party.
Payment information
Payments are made directly through UPI. We do not collect or store card numbers, UPI PINs or banking credentials. We store only the transaction reference and the proof you upload.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secured, access-controlled infrastructure. Administrative access is limited to authorised Kidversity personnel and protected by authentication.
Children's privacy
Registrations are made by a parent, guardian or school on behalf of the student. Published results identify participants by name, school and category only.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your registration data at any time by writing to kidversitytalenthub@gmail.com.
