Use the Entry Submission Form below. You will need the Acknowledgement Number received after completing registration and fee payment.

Open the Google Form and upload your entry
The form will ask for your Acknowledgement Number, competition category and your entry file.

- Your Acknowledgement Number from Step 1 (format: KV2026-XXXXX)
- Your completed competition entry (image, document or video file)
- Student name and competition category (must match registration)
- Submit before the entry submission deadline for your category
Important instructions
- • Registration and fee payment are compulsory before entry submission.
- • Every participant must obtain an Acknowledgement Number through registration.
- • The Acknowledgement Number must be entered while submitting the competition entry.
- • Entries submitted without a valid Acknowledgement Number will not be considered.
- • Please retain your Acknowledgement Number until the completion of the competition.
